Live Workshop Opportunity!
Facilitating Spoken Language Development for Young Children with Hearing Loss

Day-long seminars to support Early Intervention professionals who work with families under early intervention programs will be offered in four locations: Miami, FL (March 3), Las Vegas (March 10), Seattle (April 8), and New Orleans (April 24).

This popular educational opportunity features Donald Goldberg, Ph.D., CCC-SLP/A, Cert. AVT of the Cleveland Clinic Foundation as keynote speaker. A special appearance by Heather Whitestone McCallum, the first Miss America with a disability, will include an onstage dialogue with several young deaf children.

Though designed as an introductory program to support professionals who work with families to facilitate spoken language development in young deaf children, some parents may also find the programs to be worthwhile. Real-time Spanish translation will be provided at the Miami event on March 3, making this a very special opportunity for Spanish speaking parents and care-givers.

Please share this information with colleagues and others who may find the programs helpful. Space is limited. For more information including the seminar brochure, full agenda and registration details, please go to the Cochlear website (www.cochlear.com) or view the website information directly at:
